A challenging yet sensitive version of this Christmas hymn, this arrangement is a favorite of our choir. Moving performances in multiple Christmas concerts at Village Seven Presbyterian Church made the process of working it up, along with the dense harmonies and extended vocal techniques, well worth it. This can be done in a vocal ensemble ranging from full choir to eight strong voices.
